“Pakistani universities have become parking places for unemployed youth”
One of the core objectives of Higher Education degree programmes is training of individuals for high employability. However, it seems higher education is not sufficient anymore to acquire a suitable job. According to some estimates, one-third of educated youth is unemployed in Pakistan, mainly due to substandard quality of skills and knowledge being taught at higher education institutes.
